I cannot claim that Azerbaijan is preparing for large-scale operations, as there is a lot of misinformation regarding troop concentrations and other matters. This was stated by Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee, in an interview with News.am.

"Of course, we must be very attentive to any leaks of information, because if we do not clarify the information promptly and plan our countermeasures, we will face surprises that give the opponent advantages. Today, the situation is not such. At least in the areas I have personally visited and the ongoing and expected works for which we need calm conditions, despite the presence of positional changes due to tension, we must address the tasks set before us, and we need to fortify the borders of Armenia not only from an engineering standpoint but also in terms of their defense," he declared.
