Iranologist Vardan Oskanyan writes on his Facebook page: The developments taking place in the Republic of Artsakh are still in the preliminary phase, but the changes have begun to alarm Baku's barbaric regime. Although they strive to show in the propaganda sphere that the situation is completely understandable and controllable for them, the lines of propaganda writings reveal obvious signs of turmoil.

This at least creates better starting conditions for the new government of the Republic of Artsakh, which, however, still needs to be able to utilize.

Another important facet that must be emphasized is that Baku's barbaric regime is very poorly informed and almost does not understand the political situation and processes existing within the Republic of Artsakh. This also presents us with a window of opportunity to achieve successes that we must take advantage of.
