New Authorities in Artsakh Must Present Situation as It Is, Says Former Secretary of the AHK

The former Secretary of the Security Council of Artsakh, Arshavir Gharamyan, mentioned on his Facebook page that following the president's resignation announcement in Artsakh, a situation has arisen where any new government may face initial issues of legitimacy and adequate public trust, especially considering the shortcomings in legislation and the events that occurred during and after the war.
