Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo has shared a photo on her X (formerly Twitter) page from the road to Artsakh, along with other mayors from France. She wrote:
“For nine months, 120,000 Armenians in Artsakh, including 30,000 children, have been isolated, starving, and deprived of everything. Facing this humanitarian disaster, we are providing urgent assistance to them; time is running out.”
