David Minasyan, Imitating the President of Artsakh, Detained Again

David Minasyan from Artsakh, who imitates President Araik Harutyunyan on social media, has been detained by the police again today. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh reports that there are detainees from Renaissance Square.

“On August 26, a report was received at the duty station of the Stepanakert City Police Department that around 18:00, residents of Stepanakert, identified as D.M. (born in 1989) and K.H. (born in 1991), were intentionally organizing and holding an assembly in violation of the procedure established by law (Article 235) under the conditions of martial law declared by the President of the Republic of Artsakh,” the police report states. “The mentioned individuals have been detained by the municipal police.”

Materials are being prepared at the Stepanakert City Police Department regarding the incident,” the statement adds.
