Law Enforcement Discovers Phone During Search of Father in Child Abuse Case

The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that law enforcement officials have conducted a search at the Nubarashen penitentiary regarding the case of Anna Arevshatyan, a mother accused of exhibiting cruel treatment towards her child. This action comes as her husband, Tatul Madatyana, is incarcerated for perpetrating sexual abuse against his own children and is currently serving his sentence at the Nubarashen correctional facility.

According to the newspaper, the search was specifically conducted in the cell of Tatul Madatyana, who is convicted of sexual violence. During the search, phones were discovered, including one belonging to Madatyana.

Previously, it was reported that a video surfaced online showcasing evident physical, sexual, and emotional abuse towards the minor child, allegedly inflicted by family members, notably the mother. The Armenian police have announced that the woman responsible for the abuse has been located.
