Former U.S. President Donald Trump has been released on a $200,000 bail. This was reported by CNN.
A judge in Georgia overseeing the case regarding Trump’s alleged attempts to interfere with the election results has decided to allow the former president to remain free on a relatively small bail amount for a billionaire.
It is noteworthy that Trump denies the charges against him in this case, as well as the other three criminal cases brought against him. The ruling states that Donald Trump may remain free until trial on the condition that he does not attempt to intimidate witnesses and co-defendants.
Additionally, media sources report that Trump has decided to surrender to authorities in order to win the presidential election.
