Video: 'Many Experienced Shock' - Tigran Petrosyan on Lavrov's Proposed Document

Tigran Petrosyan, the head of the anti-crisis council under the President of Artsakh, who recently shared photos of the document proposed by Lavrov on his Facebook page, stated today that 'the document was real and many experienced shock from it.'

Previously, it was reported that Tigran Petrosyan wrote on Facebook that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov presented a draft of proposals regarding the rights of Armenians within Azerbaijan.
