A volunteer force is being established in the Republic of Artsakh to protect the people from annihilation. The commander of the Artsakh volunteer force, Karen Matevosyan, has called on citizens to join.

According to media reports, Karen Matevosyan, who had entered the Artsakh parliament with a group of individuals demanding accountability from the newly elected head of parliament Davit Ishkhanyan for allegedly insulting President Araik Harutyunyan, has released a video message detailing his version of the incident.
