VIDEO: How a Citizen Impersonating the President of Artsakh was Detained

A video is circulating on social media showing how a citizen impersonating the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, was detained. In the footage, bystanders are seen preventing the police from taking the man away. The man himself is also resisting the police.

Earlier, we reported that Davit Minasyan, an Artsakh resident who was impersonating the President in a Facebook live stream, had been taken to the police station, where, according to Minasyan, he was subjected to violence.
