VIDEO: 'You Failed to Become Neither a Leader Nor a Commander' - Ruben Vardanyan to Arayik Harutyunyan

Today we face serious challenges, and this is not only related to our external enemies but also to the prevailing situation within. This was stated by former Prime Minister of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, in his video address from Hakobavank.

He directed his remarks towards the President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, noting that the latter bears the greatest responsibility for the current situation: 'Unfortunately, you have failed to become neither a leader nor a commander,' he said.
