VIDEO: Police Provide Details on Child Abuse Incident

On August 18, a video surfaced online showing a woman committing acts of violence against a minor girl. Following joint measures by the Public Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and local police in Gavar, the woman depicted in the video, a 34-year-old resident of Gavar, has been identified.

According to preliminary data, it has been established that the incident was filmed in Gavar. Efforts are underway to clarify all circumstances of the case, including the motives behind the actions.

All five children of the woman have been placed under the care of specialized personnel from the Department for the Prevention of Juvenile Crime and Domestic Violence of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The prepared documents have been sent to the preliminary investigation body.
