Forest Fires in Tenerife: Out of Control

Forest fires raging on the Spanish island of Tenerife remain uncontrollable. According to Комсомольская Правда, the fire has engulfed an area of 3,200 hectares and continues to spread. Authorities have described this as the worst fire on the island in the past 40 years.

It is worth noting that extreme heat has been prevalent in the Canary Islands over the past week, significantly increasing the risk of forest fires in many regions.
