VIDEO: Car Falls from Cliff into River in Dagestan, Driver Drowns

A car has fallen from a cliff into a river in the Republic of Dagestan, Russia. This was reported by the Shot Telegram channel.

There were two men in the vehicle: the driver drowned, while the passenger managed to escape from the car on his own.

The incident occurred near the village of Childa in the Tlyaratinsky district. The driver had seen a fellow villager and offered to give him a ride. According to the channel, the rear wheel of the car 'hung' over a narrow edge of the road. The driver tried desperately to save the situation and bring the VAZ vehicle back onto the drivable part of the road, but he was unsuccessful.

As a result, the car ended up in the river. After some time, local residents retrieved the vehicle and found the lifeless body of the driver inside. The passenger was transported to the hospital.
