Video: Woman from Artsakh Refuses to Leave Her Land for Hemodialysis in Armenia

Artak Beglaryan, advisor to the Minister of State of Artsakh, shared a video on his page, stating:

“Vera Hovsepyan, who suffers from diabetes, is blind, wheelchair-bound, and receiving hemodialysis, does not want to leave Artsakh to receive hemodialysis in Armenia. This is a clear example of forced deportation by Azerbaijan. What kind of bloodless genocide is this?”

“Due to the complete blockade of Artsakh, individuals requiring hemodialysis will die when medical supplies run out. This is why some of them have already been forced to evacuate by the Red Cross.”
