Gyumri Medical Center Updates on ZIL Driver's Health Condition

The only remaining patient at the Gyumri Medical Center is the driver of the ZIL truck. This was stated in an interview with Auroranews by Armen Khachatryan, the deputy director of the 'Gyumri' medical center.

'The condition of the ZIL driver's health is currently assessed as moderate, and there is no danger to his life,' Khachatryan detailed. He mentioned that the driver is likely to be transferred from the intensive care unit to a regular ward today.

It is noteworthy that on August 14, a tragic accident occurred on the Gyumri-Yerevan road near the village of Lanjik, where a collision between a ZIL cargo truck and a passenger Volkswagen resulted in the immediate death of the ten passengers and the driver of the Volkswagen. An additional six individuals were transported to the Gyumri Medical Center in serious and extremely serious condition, including the driver of the ZIL truck.
