We Are Open to Cooperation with All Countries That Defend Their National Interests, Says Putin

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, addressed the participants of the "Army-2023" International Military-Technical Forum via a video message. He emphasized that Russia is open to equal military-technical cooperation with all countries that defend their national interests. This was reported by kommersant.ru.

"We propose to develop cooperation in various areas, including personnel training, training of foreign military personnel and enhancement of their skills, as well as conducting joint command-staff and other exercises," the Russian president highlighted.

Vladimir Putin also added, "Russia is open to equal technological partnership and deepening military-technical cooperation with other countries, all of whom defend their national interests."
