Video: 4-Year-Old Girl Stands on Window Sill After Climbing Out of 9th Floor Window in Russia

In the Russian city of Kaspiysk, a 4-year-old girl climbed out of a 9th-floor window and stood on the window sill. This information has been reported by Russian media.

It is known that pedestrians noticed the small child in the early morning, who had climbed out of the window and was standing on the sill. Witnesses immediately alerted the police. Local residents gathered near the building and laid out blankets under the window just in case.

The police managed to rescue the girl. When they were able to enter the apartment, they discovered three children left alone without parental supervision.

According to the Mash Telegram channel, the girl's mother was at a club at the time. She is raising the children without their father. It is reported that they had come from the Kizlyar district to visit a relative in Kaspiysk for the weekend. After putting the children to bed, she went out to the club.
