Kalashnikov Concern has developed a shorter version of the AK-19 assault rifle that is adapted to NATO standards, using 5.56x45 mm low-impulse cartridges. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
Previously, the Kalashnikov Concern had created a longer version of the AK-19 assault rifle that uses the same cartridges.
