Life of Child Transferred to Holy Mother of God Hospital by Air Ambulance Saved
Days ago, the life of a child transferred in serious condition to the Holy Mother of God Hospital by air ambulance has been saved. This was announced by the medical facility on its Facebook page.
“The child is conscious and has started to breathe independently. He has been transferred to the department with positive dynamics,” the statement said.
In Gegharkunik, a vehicle collided with a horse, causing a 10-year-old boy who was riding the horse to fall and sustain injuries. He was initially taken to Vardenis Hospital, where he received first aid, and then transferred by air ambulance to Yerevan's Holy Mother of God Hospital.
The boy had a cranio-cerebral injury and pulmonary contusion and was in serious condition. Upon admission to the hospital, he was connected to a ventilator.
