Success Comes to Those Who Fight: Bishop Pargev Joins Armenian Americans in Protest

Armenian Americans spent the night in front of the office of pro-Armenian Congressman Adam Schiff. They are conducting a round-the-clock indefinite rally and sit-in to support Artsakh, calling on prominent individuals living there to join them. The former leader of the diocese of Artsakh, Bishop Pargev, is also participating in the protest.

"I believe one thing: success comes to those who fight. Both justice and truth demand a fight. If we had not fought for the recognition of the Armenian Genocide, no one would have recognized it. And we must continue down this path. If we had not fought for the rights and independence of the people of Artsakh in a timely manner, we would not have achieved anything. Today is a critical moment; the entire Armenian nation must stand up," stated Bishop Pargev.

According to the bishop, Armenians in the diaspora should unite and organize protests in their respective countries: "We must knock on everyone’s doors and not give them a moment's rest. I am very glad that our youth are organizing such actions, staying awake at night, and demanding justice."
