Is There Really No Fuel for Trash, While There Is Noticeable Activity from Four Lenses in the City? Asks Artsakh Journalist

Artsakh journalist Tsovinar Barkhudaryan wrote on her Facebook page: "Dear Artsakh government, you understand better than I do what consequences may arise from the absurd sanitary-hygienic situation in the city, if the trash is not collected for a couple of days. Is there really no fuel for that, when there is noticeable activity from four lenses in the city? Is it really impossible to allocate some fuel for this important task?

The second question is: how is it that there is always cash in all ATMs, except for the Artsakhbank ATMs, which either do not work or do work, but do not have even the minimum amount? It is impossible to call the relevant authorities due to poor communication, and I am forced to express my concern here, hoping that at least a solution will be found for the first question."
