The Killer of a 39-Year-Old Citizen in Yerevan is a Philanthropist, Murder Allegedly Driven by Jealousy: Armlur

New details have emerged regarding the murder of a 39-year-old man in Yerevan.

"According to preliminary findings, the murder was driven by jealousy. Moreover, the suspected murderer is a philanthropist, and the killing was allegedly carried out with a weapon he provided," reports ArmLur.am.

Recall that on August 7, a murder involving the use of firearms occurred in Yerevan. At around 1:00 AM, the 'Astghik' Medical Center contacted the Malatia division of the Republic of Armenia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs, reporting that a citizen diagnosed with a 'gunshot wound to the head' had been transferred to them, but efforts to save his life were unsuccessful. The deceased was Arsen Hovhannisyan, 39 years old.
