“Some people are malnourished, they cannot wait long in queues”: David Babayan

“There is nothing positive,” Babayan said, noting that cases of fainting are constantly being reported in Artsakh, which is under total blockade.

“Just now, there was such an incident. These cases are frequent. As you know, some people are malnourished; they cannot wait long in queues, and the queues are very long,” he expressed in despair.
