Araik Harutyunyan to Create a New Body: 'Hraparak'
'Hraparak' newspaper reports: As is known, the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has announced that he will give an exclusive interview to the Artsakh television, presenting the reality and unveiling some details.
Some interpret this announcement and the recent actions of the Artsakh authorities as a willingness to dialogue with Azerbaijan and to make concessions on certain issues. They believe that Araik Harutyunyan is a hidden supporter of integration with Azerbaijan, publicly joining the declarations of 'no integration,' while in reality, he is taking steps toward integration.
According to the newspaper, the President of Artsakh has decided to form another body that will discuss and decide what actions to take in the near future. Since they no longer expect any support from Russia, they understand that they must rely solely on themselves, and the remaining people in Artsakh must make a collective decision on what to do. This cannot be determined by one person alone, no matter how high-ranking they are. This body must reflect the opinion of 120,000 people.
However, life shows that influential figures in Artsakh, such as former presidents, refuse to take responsibility. Others have conflicts among themselves and cannot work together. The participation of a third group is only destructive. This is why such bodies are created but remain on paper.'
