Video: Hydroplane Crashes in Russia, 2 Casualties Reported

A hydroplane has crashed in the Krasnoyarsk region of Russia during flight. According to Говорит Москва, two people have died as a result of the incident.

The crash occurred around 7:00 AM Moscow time in the Lesobirzha industrial zone of the city of Dudinka. The circumstances and causes of the accident are currently being investigated.
