Kyiv and the West's Policy of Destroying Everything Russian Has No Future: Putin
The policy of Kyiv and Western countries aimed at the destruction of everything Russian has no future, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin. He made this statement during a meeting with government officials on Wednesday, August 2, as reported by TASS.
Discussing the integration of new regions into the cultural space of the country, the head of state noted that the residents of the Donbas, Kherson, and Zaporizhia regions have, in fact, not left these areas. Despite all of Kyiv's regime's attempts to 'invalidate' Russian books and classics, the population of these territories has maintained its native language and has consistently shown great interest in Russian literature and the works of prominent compatriots.
The President stated that funds from the reserve fund have been allocated for the publication of two and a half million books for the libraries of the new regions. The libraries will also be connected to electronic platforms, which will provide access to works of Russian literature.
Vladimir Putin added that the works of printing, purchasing, and delivering publications will be carried out with the Russian Book Union. He emphasized that this should be done before the new school year as quickly as possible to ensure that schoolchildren are provided with the necessary books and manuals.
