61-year-old Woman Steals Wallet

On July 31, a citizen approached the Vagharshapat police department, reporting that they had lost their wallet near an economic shop on Mashtots Avenue in the city of Ejmiadzin. This was reported by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the police, the criminal investigators of the Vagharshapat department, through operational and investigative activities, discovered that the wallet was stolen by a 61-year-old woman from Ejmiadzin. She was arrested and taken to the Vagharshapat department, where, through explanatory work, she confessed to the theft. During a personal search, the wallet was found on her. The 61-year-old woman and the related documents have been submitted to the Vagharshapat investigative department.
