Photograph Released of Rashid Beglaryan Captured by Azerbaijanis

Azerbaijani media outlets have today published a photograph of Rashid Beglaryan, who was captured by the Azerbaijani State Border Service.

It was previously reported that the border service of Azerbaijan had detained a citizen of the Republic of Armenia. The individual allegedly crossed the state border between Armenia and Azerbaijan through the area of the village of Zabukh (also known as Aghavno) in the Lachin region.
