New Details: Captured Citizen Under the Influence of Alcohol, ARA NSS

A citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, Rashid Beglaryan, born in 1962, recently went out of the village in the Hin Shen community of the Shushi region while under the influence of alcohol. He became lost and ended up in an area controlled by Azerbaijan, where he was arrested by Azerbaijan's forces. This was reported by the National Security Service of Artsakh.

“Relevant checks are being conducted by the NSS of Artsakh to clarify all the details of the incident. The authorities of Artsakh have informed the Russian peacekeeping forces about the incident,” the statement said.
