Agreement Reached in Brussels: Baku and Stepanakert Must Engage in Dialogue
Following the penultimate Brussels meeting, we have reached an agreement that dialogue must take place between Baku and Stepanakert—this being the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh—regarding the rights and security of the Armenian population in Nagorno-Karabakh within an international mechanism.
This was stated by Prime Minister Pashinyan in an interview with Euronews: “This dialogue has not yet taken place. But we must work consistently. No one has promised that achieving peace will be easy. If it were easy, peace would have been established long ago.”
