Video: Skyscrapers to Be Built in Noragugh, Area to Become Major Development Zone

"Noragugh is the neighborhood that will become a major development zone in the future, particularly serving as the place for the decongestion of the Center, where a new Central area will be created with skyscrapers and modern urban planning solutions," said Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

Before that, however, he emphasized the importance of resolving property rights issues for the residents of Noragugh.

"This is very important for neighborhoods where we have potential investment projects, such as Noragugh, Kond, and so on. The rights of those people must be protected," noted Avinyan.
