Russia Expands List of Countries Whose Citizens Can Enter with Unified Electronic Visa

Russia has expanded the list of countries whose citizens can enter its territory using a unified electronic visa. Starting from August 1, citizens of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Myanmar will also be able to enter Russia using the unified electronic visa. This procedure was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

According to the decision, foreign citizens must create an application electronically using the specialized website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to obtain a unified electronic visa.

Earlier, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova announced that electronic visas will be launched in Russia starting August 1, 2023.
