Rain is Coming: Weather Forecast for the Coming Days
The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center has announced that light rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions of the Republic during the day on July 31, as well as from August 1-3, and on the 5th in scattered areas. On the 4th, significant precipitation is anticipated in many regions, with intense rainfall in certain places. Additionally, hail may be possible in specific locations from August 3-5.
According to the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, the southern wind will blow at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with wind gusts up to 18-23 m/s expected during thunderstorms. The air temperature is likely to gradually rise by 3-5 degrees on August 1-2, and by 8-10 degrees in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Nagorno-Karabakh.
In Yerevan, no precipitation is forecasted during the day on July 31 and from August 1-3. However, light rain and thunderstorms are expected after noon on August 4-5, accompanied by wind gusts of 17-20 m/s in the evening hours.
