Rain, Thunderstorms, and Wind Intensification: Weather Forecast for the Coming Days

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected in various regions on July 28 during the daytime, the night of July 29, on July 30-31, and after noon on August 1. The daytime of July 29 is anticipated to be dry without precipitation. This information is provided by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind will be from the west, with a speed of 2-5 m/s, and during the thunderstorms, wind intensification is expected at speeds of 18-23 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to gradually increase by 2-4 degrees on July 28, and then gradually decrease by 3-5 degrees on July 29-31, with Lory, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh seeing a drop of 8-10 degrees.

In Yerevan, dry weather is expected from July 28-31 and into August 1. In the evening hours, wind intensification is anticipated at speeds of 17-20 m/s.

On the night of July 28, the temperature in the capital will range between 21-23 degrees, while during the daytime it is expected to reach between +37 and +39 degrees.
