VIDEO: Russia Shells Educational Institution in Sumy; Casualties Reported

According to the latest reports, two people have been killed and twenty injured as a result of a missile strike on the city of Sumy, Ukraine, as reported by the city council. Three of the injured have been hospitalized in moderate condition.

On the evening of July 29, Russian forces targeted a four-story building of an educational institution in Sumy, as stated by Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs.

City authorities have indicated that educational buildings and two dormitories have suffered damage and destruction. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that a fire broke out in the educational institution due to the missile attack in Sumy.
