Artur Tovmasyan Meets with Artsakh President, Explains Resignation Reasons
The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, met with the President of the National Assembly, Artur Tovmasyan, on July 28. During the meeting, Tovmasyan presented the reasons for his resignation from the position of the National Assembly President.
President Harutyunyan expressed gratitude to Artur Tovmasyan for his long-term state and political service and wished him a speedy recovery.
