Reports have been circulating for several hours in the media that the President of the Artsakh National Assembly, Arthur Tovmasyan, has resigned. Auroranews tried to clarify the information with Metakse Hakobyan, a member of the 'Justice' faction in the Artsakh National Assembly, but she neither confirmed nor denied the news.
