VIDEO: Scandalous Confession of a Ruling Party MP

During today's discussions in parliament regarding the 2024 budget projects and indicators, Syunik MP Narek Ghahramanyan from the "Civil Contract" faction directed a question to the Minister of Territorial Administration, Gnel Sanosyan, regarding the road construction and the poor quality of asphalt. This was reported by "Hraparak".

The ruling party MP was unaware that the session was being broadcast live on media outlets.

“Honestly, in connection with the last three years, when I have been monitoring the asphalt laying in Armenia, I have come to the conclusion that the state simply has extra money, they are just spending money to ensure work, I don’t know, to show work. It’s a closed discussion, we are just among ourselves, I’ll say it again, because at most, two months later, the asphalt will disappear,” the MP stated, only to be interrupted by fellow party member Babken Tunyan, who reminded him that it is not a closed discussion and that the media is covering it.
