In his address, the Russian foreign minister did not use the term Nagorno-Karabakh Autonomous Oblast.

Earlier, it was reported that a tripartite meeting between Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov had commenced in Moscow.
