Pashinyan's Response to the Question: 'What Will Armenia Do If Military Actions Start in Artsakh?'
I do not wish to discuss such a scenario.
This is what Nikol Pashinyan stated in response to the question, 'What will Armenia do if military actions start in Artsakh?': 'My opinion is that military actions should not be initiated in Nagorno-Karabakh. And my main message today is that,' said Pashinyan.
He addressed the question of whether a 'peace treaty' will ensure peace. According to Pashinyan, the existence of certain international guarantees, involvement, and support is very important to solve the proposed goals and issues: 'We are not going to sign any document that says 'peace treaty' on it. That is our greatest concern—that we sign a peace treaty that maximizes the chances of ensuring peace. Otherwise, we would have signed such a peace treaty long ago without going into nuances.'
