Russian Defense Ministry on the Situation in Artsakh
One violation of the ceasefire regime has been recorded in the Martakert region of Artsakh. This was noted by the Russian Ministry of Defense in its daily summary on the peacekeeping forces in Artsakh.
“There are no casualties or injuries. The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent is conducting an investigation into the matter with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides,” the statement said.
