Azerbaijan Violates Ceasefire in Martakert Region: Artsakh Defense Ministry
On July 16, at around 20:20, Azerbaijani military forces violated the ceasefire in the Martakert region by using small arms. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh.
No losses have been reported on the Armenian side. The incident has been communicated to the command of the Russian peacekeeping forces.
