Will Ships Heading to Ukrainian Ports Be Targeted?
The Russian Ministry of Defense has issued a warning statement declaring that starting from July 20, all ships traveling through the Black Sea to Ukrainian ports will be considered potential carriers of military cargo.
“Moreover, the countries under whose flag these ships sail will be regarded as states involved in the Ukrainian conflict by the Kyiv regime,” the statement said.
The ministry added that certain areas of the northwestern and southeastern Black Sea have been declared unsafe for navigation.
