VIDEO. I Will Make Belarusian Troops the 'Second Army of the World': Prigozhin

Prigozhin has spoken with fighters of the Belarusian "Wagner" private military company and stated that he will transform the Belarusian troops into the "second army of the world." A video has been released through a Telegram channel close to the PMC featuring Prigozhin's remarks.

Speaking to the gathered mercenaries, a man with a voice very similar to Prigozhin's said that for a "period of time," the PMC will be in Belarus and will turn the Belarusian forces into the "second army of the world." He also urged mercenaries to treat Belarusians like brothers.

"What is happening at the front right now is a disgrace that we must not participate in. We are waiting for the moment when we can express ourselves to the fullest. We are elevating our level and taking a new path to Africa. And, probably, we will return to the SVO at the moment when we are confident that we will not be forced to disgrace ourselves and our experience," it is stated in the video.
