Video: Heavy Rain in Moscow, Warning to Close Summer Patios

Heavy rain has fallen in central Moscow. This has been reported by Telegram channels, along with shared videos.

It is noted that after several days of warm weather, the capital experienced torrential rain, accompanied by wind, thunder, and predictions of even hail.

Moscow authorities have already warned restaurant owners that it is better to close their summer patios and, if possible, secure them.

It is known that the heavy rain has flooded both vehicular and pedestrian pathways on Novy Arbat. The adverse weather conditions have also led to traffic jams on the roads.
