The Wealth of MP Haik Sarksyan and His Wife

MP Haik Sarksyan from the "Civil Contract" faction of the National Assembly of Armenia reported one property in his 2022 declaration. This was reported by Armlur.am.

The property is a newly constructed building that has been registered and valued by the authorized body responsible for real estate cadastre in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia, but has not yet received state registration of rights. The building is located in the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan and was received as a donation in 2017, although the donor is not specified.

Sarksyan also declared two passenger vehicles: a 2005 MERCEDES-BENZ purchased in 2017 and a 2013 LEXUS bought after the 2018 revolution.

The balances in his bank accounts amounted to 2 million 952 thousand AMD, while his cash assets totaled 25 million AMD and 59 thousand USD. The MP’s declared income for the reporting year amounted to 10 million 370 thousand AMD, of which 10 million 281 thousand was his salary from the staff of the National Assembly.

Armlur.am has repeatedly reported on the assets of the ruling party MPs, who have managed to improve their wealth after the revolution.

Sarksyan’s wife, Olia Hayrapetyan, declared 10 million 300 thousand AMD and 25 thousand 500 USD in cash, with her bank account balances amounting to 397 thousand AMD.

Olia Hayrapetyan received an annual income of 955 thousand AMD, including 831 thousand AMD as salary from "KIEV" LLC and 124 thousand AMD from entrepreneurial activities from "SVETLLANNA" LLC, which is owned by Sarksyan's wife and operates in retail trade. The company is registered at the same address as Olia Hayrapetyan.
