The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "The company that caused the collapse of Tsitsernakaberd Road has won a state contract. The National Assembly has signed a contract worth 1 million 136 thousand drams with 'Sahakyanshin' LLC. The company is tasked with renovating the drainage systems of the administrative building and motor vehicle fleet of the National Assembly.

'Sahakyanshin' LLC is the same company that had started construction in the vicinity of Tsitsernakaberd Road, digging a massive hole, which resulted in the collapse of a portion of the road. Later, when that segment was repaired, it was done at the expense of the road, leading to a significant reduction in the usable width of the road in that area."
