VIDEO: No Citizen Calling Yerevan Municipality Left Unanswered
During today’s operational meeting of the Yerevan Municipality, it was reported that the "Hotline" service and support department has been partially staffed, and the new employees are fully engaged in the department's activities while undergoing training to improve the quality of calls.
It was noted that the second phase of staffing will take place in August, and in the coming months, there will be an increase in both the number and quality of calls, which will be permanent.
“On July 13, 14, 15, and 16 of this year, the department provided 100% service. No citizen calling the Yerevan Municipality went unanswered. I am confident that the department staff will maintain this performance, especially after the new staffing,” said Lilith Yavryan.
Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan also mentioned that the increase from 18% to 90% is a significant figure.
