Fire in Tavush Region: 25 Turkeys Perish in Barn

The Emergency Management Center of Tavush Regional Rescue Department received a call on July 16 at 03:23 about a barn burning in the village of Gandzakar.

Two fire and rescue teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department were dispatched to the scene. It was revealed that a fire broke out in the barn located in the backyard of one of the houses on 27th Street in Gandzakar.

According to sources, the fire was contained at 04:12 and extinguished by 05:50. The barn, approximately 30 square meters, was burnt down, resulting in the death of 25 turkeys.
